Subject: Pegram ERP - Schedule Delay Update

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
Website and as referenced in Notice ID 23-247 & 23-225,
Northwest is currently performing ERP HP replacement at the
Pegram Compressor Station scheduled to be completed on November
11, 2023. Due to construction challenges, the work outage will
now be extended by one week and is now scheduled to be
completed on November 18, 2023.
The available capacity at the Kemmerer compressor station will
continue to be limited through the duration of the work.
However, the available capacity will be increased from 585,000
Dth/day Northbound to 602,000 Dth/day Northbound starting Gas
Day November 12, 2023 through November 18, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 602,000 Dth/day
Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
655,000 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed.
