Subject: Lewiston Lateral Force Majeure Completed

As referenced in All Shipper Notice 23-261, Northwest experienced
third-party damage that resulted in lost gas service to multiple
delivery points along the Lewiston lateral. The line is now
repaired and back in service.
Due to the nature of the incident, Northwest invoked its authority
under Section 14.14 of the General Terms and Conditions in its
tariff and has classified this as a Force Majeure, effective
beginning Wednesday, November 8, 2023 and lifted Friday, November
10, 2023.
