Subject: Pegram and Lava ERP Update

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
Website and as referenced in Notice ID 23-225, Northwest is
currently performing ERP HP replacements at the Pegram and Lava
Hot Springs compressor stations. Due to construction
challenges, the work will now require a reduction
of capacity at the Kemmerer compressor station. Starting Gas
Day October 24, Kemmerer compressor station will be limited to
585,000 Dth/d Northbound until the work is completed.
Additionally, the schedules for both projects have been delayed
from the original in-service date of October 31, 2023. Lava Hot
Springs compressor outage is extended through November 4, 2023
and the Pegram compressor outage is extended through November
11, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 585,000 Dth/d
Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
655,000 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed.
