Subject: Pocatello to Burley Digs Updated Completion Date
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing emergency digs in the
Pocatello to Burley corridor as referenced in Notice ID 23-232.
The completion date has been extended from Gas Day October 20,
2023 to now end on Gas Day October 22, 2023. The cut point will
remain the Kemmerer Compressor Station which will be limited to
423,000 Dth/d Northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 423,000 Dth/d
Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
655,000 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on October 22, 2023.
