Subject: Snohomish Compressor Station Updated Completion Date

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing unplanned maintenance at
the Snohomish compressor station starting Gas Day October 20,
2023 as referenced in Notice ID #23-242. The completion date,
which was previously unknown has now been confirmed to end gas
day October 28, 2023.
There has been no change to the available capacity and the
Snohomish compressor station will still be limited to 888,000
Dth/d southbound beginning Gas Day October 20, 2023 through Gas
Day October 28, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish compressor
station exceed the available capacity of 888,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,118,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed.
