Subject: Caldwell CS Update

Due to current operating conditions combined with the 3rd party
damage near the Caldwell Compressor Station as referenced in
Notice ID’s 23-237 and 23-234, Northwest will need to restrict
southbound capacity at the Caldwell Compressor Station as
detailed below.
The Caldwell Compressor Station will be limited to 324,000
Dth/day Southbound for the remainder of Gas Day October 18,
2023 and for Gas Days October 19 and October 20, 2023. The
repairs at the Caldwell Compressor Station are still expected
to be completed on Gas Day October 20, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell Compressor
Station exceeds the available capacity of 324,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
475,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on October 20, 2023.
