As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing the Oregon City 
Compressor Station ESD Test on October 19, 2023. The cut point 
will be the Oregon City Compressor Station which will be 
limited to 239,000 Dth/d Northbound. 

Please note the change in start date/schedule as this work will 
now be a one-day outage only. Originally, this work was 
scheduled to begin on October 16, 2023 and last through October 
19, 2023 as referenced in All Shipper Notice #23-225. 

Northwest will also be performing emergency digs in the 
Pocatello to Burley corridor from October 13, 2023 through 
October 20, 2023. Please note, this is a new project added to 
the maintenance schedule. The cut point will be the Kemmerer 
Compressor Station which will be limited to 423,000 Dth/d 
Northbound.

If primary nomination requests through the Oregon City 
Compressor Station exceeds the available capacity of 239,000 
Dth/d Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 250,291 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period 
will continue until the work is completed on October 19, 2023. 

If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer Compressor 
Station exceeds the available capacity of 423,000 Dth/d 
Northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
655,000 Dth/d Northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on October 20, 2023.
