Subject: Spokane Pipeline Replacement Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s
website, Northwest is conducting a pipe replacement on the
Spokane Lateral; outages are expected during the shortened
construction window. Starr Road receipt point will be the cut
point and capacity will be reduced from the design capacity of
165,000 Dth/d to 50,000 Dth/d southbound from Gas Day Friday
August 4, 2023, through Saturday September 9, 2023.
If primary nomination requests through the Starr Road receipt
point exceed the available capacity of 50,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP can mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Deficiency Period based on the aggregate Constraint Point
Firm Rights of 140,614 Dth/d southbound. Northwest will note
each day on the EBB if that Gas Day will be marked as
deficient. The Deficiency Period will continue until the work
is completed on, or about, September 9, 2023.
