Subject: Cisco to Rangely maintenance and deficiency warning

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest's website and as
communicated in the annual maintenance call, Northwest will be performing
anomaly investigations through October 30, 2021 in the Cisco to
Rangely corridor. The next phase of the maintenance involving digs and pressure restrictions
will begin May 25 and continue through June 30. During this time, Northwest
will be able to schedule up to 90,000 Dth/d going northbound and 236,000
Dth/d going southbound through the Cisco compressor station. If the primary scheduled quantities exceed the operationally available
capacity of 90,000 Dth/d northbound or 236,000 Dth/d southbound, or a volume
that Northwest is unable to mitigate, Northwest will declare a Deficiency
Period based on the Cisco compressor design capacity of 286,000 Dth/d N or
359,000 Dth/d S.
Northwest will continue to communicate through notices and updated
maintenance calendar as we navigate the 92 anomaly digs this summer which are
scheduled to complete on October 30, 2021.
