Pursuant to Notice # 19-007, Northwest will be adjusting the transportation fuel rate from 1% to 
1.61% for TF-1, TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1 rate schedules effective February 1st.  The emergency 
fuel filing waiver request is subject to FERC approval which is expected the week of February 
4th.  Please consider the updated fuel factor as you prepare for February 1st business.
