Effective immediately, Northwest is lifting the Stage II (8%)
Declared Entitlement Period for unauthorized underrrun volumes,
that was issued in All Shipper’s Notice 23-100, for all
Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer Compressor Station.
Northwest asks all Shippers to stay on rate and be cognizant of
restricted volumes due to upcoming maintenance.
