Subject: Stage II (8%) Underrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Northwest is unable to sustain further banking on the system
and, as a result, is revising the current Underrun Entitlement
warning and declaring a Stage II (8%) Underrun Entitlement for
all Receiving Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station
beginning Gas Day Wednesday, May 24, 2023, until further
notice.
Northwest is also unable to receive extra gas from receipt
locations and encourages receipt location operators to only
provide the amount of gas scheduled. Please secure adequate
supply to meet demand to avoid entitlement penalties.
