Subject: Stage I (3%) System Overrun Entitlement

According to Westcoast Energy Notice #56511, an unplanned
outage on TSouth will be impacting delivery volumes to
Northwest Pipeline.
In response to this, Northwest is revising the current Overrun
Entitlement warning north of Kemmerer and declaring a Stage I
(3%) Overrun Entitlement for the entire Northwest system
effective Gas Day Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in the Evening
cycle. This entitlement includes all points on the laterals and
shall continue until further notice.
Please secure adequate supply to meet demand to avoid
entitlement penalties.
Northwest will provide updates as soon as new information is
available.
