Subject: Deficiency at Pocatello Compressor
Notice Text:
As indicated in All Shippers Notice #22-192, Northwest is
currently repairing 3rd party damages near the Pocatello
compressor.
Primary nomination requests northbound through the
Pocatello compressor have exceeded the available capacity
of 525,000 Dth/d (or whatever Northwest can mitigate).
Therefore, pursuant to sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest hereby
gives notice of a Deficiency Period for Gas Day November
3, 2022. The Deficiency will be calculated based on the
design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d northbound at the
Pocatello compressor. The Deficiency Period will continue
until the repairs are completed and Northwest will post
on its EBB if unable to mitigate volumes on that day.
