Subject: Overrun Entitlement Warning Lifted

Pipeline conditions are such that Northwest is lifting the
Overrun Entitlement warning for all Receiving Parties north of
the Kemmerer compressor station effective immediately.
Northwest is continuing its efforts to fill its Jackson Prairie
storage account by the end of September and encourages its
customers to stay on rate and avoid any excessive banking or
drafting.
