Subject: Gas Measurement System Consolidation Project

As part of an upgrading effort to consolidate the Williams’ Gas
Measurement Systems, beginning the evening of May 18, 2022, Northwest
may experience small delays in some hourly, daily, or gas quality
measurement reporting. This includes delays in erroneous or missing
volumes being corrected to individual meters or reports until after
the consolidation is complete. This upgrade is expected to conclude
by Sunday, May 22. Upon conclusion, our Measurement Representatives
will begin to work diligently to correct or update any data that may
not have been accurately represented during this brief period.
