Subject: Cisco to Moab ILI Investigations

Notice Text:

As illustrated in the annual maintenance call materials,

Northwest will be running In-Line Inspection tools(ILI)in

between the Cisco and Moab Compressor stations.

Due to operational requirements, the ILI tools require

southbound gas flow direction between Cisco and Moab for gas

days November 2nd,4th, and 9th, 2021 for volumes up to 100,000

Dth/d.  During these three days, Northwest will not be able to

mitigate gas flow in the northern direction.

Further and pursuant to Section 32.1(l), if, as part of the

integrity management program to perform ILI work, when

Northwest requires minimum flow levels where scheduled

quantities are insufficient to provide the required flow

levels, Northwest may buy and sell gas to create such flows.

Interested counterparties must have a current NAESB Base

Contract in place with Northwest. The contract form is

available Northwest’s Portal located at

http://www.northwest.williams.com.  To access the agreement,

select the “Other” section on the Portal and then see

Miscellaneous Downloads section; complete the ‘Base Contract

for Sale & Purchase of Natural Gas’ form and send to your

Commercial Services Representative.

On November 2nd, 4th, and 9th, 2021, if southbound flows do not

meet the required volumes to move the ILI tools, Northwest will

facilitate flows per section 32.1(l).

Additionally, if nominations exceed the operationally available

capacity of 0 Dth/d northbound through Cisco, Northwest will

declare a Deficiency Period based on the Cisco Compressor

design of 286,000 Dth/d. Deliveries to primary markets located

between the Cisco and Moab Compressor stations will not be

impacted during the work.

Northwest will continue to mitigate nominations to the best

extent possible.
