Subject: Rangely OFO Lifted and Underrun Entitlement Update

Effective Gas Day Wednesday, July 7, 2021, the Recall Advisory and
Operational Flow Order at the Rangely compressor (All Shippers Notice
#21-074) will be lifted.
As a reminder, the system-wide Underrun Entitlement warning is still in
effect. With the banking that occurred over the weekend and limited
flexibility at Clay Basin and Jackson Prairie, Northwest is requesting
customers to stay on rate or draft the system. Customer-specific
entitlements may be issued to customers contributing to the adverse
operating conditions for at least two consecutive days and whose actual
measured deliveries have deviated from scheduled deliveries for the
previous Gas Day by the greater of 10,000 Dth or 5 percent.
