Subject: Goldendale to Willard scheduled maintenance

As posted on the maintenance schedule on Northwest’s portal, there has been
ongoing anomaly investigations in the Goldendale to Willard and Willard to
Washougal corridors throughout the summer. The majority of the anomalies NWP
has examined have been permanently repaired without interruption of pipeline
capacity. However, there are anomalies that will require sections of pipe to
be cut out. Northwest would like to inform shippers that maintenance has been
scheduled for gas days October 16-20, 2020 where the pipeline will need to be
cut out. As a result of the cut outs, scheduled volumes through this corridor
will be 0. If the primary scheduled quantities exceed the operational available
capacity of 0 Dth/d during the October 16-20 maintenance, Northwest will
declare a Deficiency Period. The pipeline is expected to be available beginning October 21, 2020 at the
continued reduced capacity of 275,000 Dth/d until the digs are completed by
October 31, 2020.
