Notice Text:

Dear Customer,

At Williams Northwest Pipeline (Williams), safeguarding our employees, customers and neighbors is engrained in our culture and fundamental to everything we do.
As the COVID-19 pandemic impacts communities across the country, we feel it is important to let our customers know that Williams, as a critical natural gas infrastructure provider,
maintains robust plans and contingencies to ensure business and operational continuity, and we’re doing our part to help limit the spread of the virus.

Over the last several weeks, Williams has implemented proactive measures that align with federal and state guidelines related
to the coronavirus so that our operators, security experts and entire workforce continue to do their jobs in a safe and productive manner without interruption to service.
We have been able to provide a seamless transition to our work from home policies as well as maintain our operations centers and key functions across the nation.
Williams also has representatives attending important federal and state governmental meetings to stay on the forefront of our reporting requirements as well as the latest information for COVID-19.

Among the actions Williams has taken to date:
• Travel restrictions for employees including business-critical travel only
• Increased communication and encouragement among workforce to follow CDC guidelines such as frequent hand washing, social distancing and monitoring for symptoms
• Frequent and regular meetings to ensure enterprise-level continuity and operations leadership readiness to provide continued operations and support
• Continued use of personal protective equipment in accordance with our health and safety program
• Close communication and coordination with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
• Increased vigilance of phishing/cyberattacks to maintain security of pipeline infrastructure and prevent service disruption
• Voluntary work from home where feasible

To ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of our critical systems, including pipeline control, we have implemented the following protocols:
• Restricted access and modifications to our control room environments so our business-critical employees can monitor pipeline activity from a safe social distance
• Vigorous sanitation processes for shift changeover in control room environments
• Identification of key personnel within our operations, gas control and security centers to ensure continuity of our response and operations
• Prepared alternate working locations for control rooms, including home locations if necessary, providing several layers of protection for continuity of operations

We are committed to managing beyond expectation through these unusual circumstances in order to deliver reliable service to our customers,
and we will continue to monitor the guidance of the CDC and implement additional safeguards as necessary.

As always, and especially during these challenging times, our highest priority is the safety and security of our employees and the communities where we operate.

Thank you for your continued confidence in Williams.
