Subject: Jackson Prairie maintenance update

Puget Sound Energy (PSE), operator of the Jackson Prairie (JP) storage
facility, has notified Northwest that maintenance on its C-8 compressor
is complete. Currently the facility can withdraw approximately 575,000
Dth/d. This rate changes daily depending on the amount of gas withdrawn
or injected on a daily basis.
Since nominations at Jackson Prairie are currently minimal, Northwest
will not be posting any further updates on its website.
