Subject: Draft Tariff Filing – NWP 2019 Semi-annual Fuel Filing
As a customer service, Northwest offers its customers an opportunity to review its tariff filings
prior to filing them with FERC. Northwest asks that you direct any comments or concerns to
Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Josh Taylor (801-584-6673) on or before August 29, 2019,
so that Northwest may accommodate your concerns to the greatest extent possible before the
filing is submitted to FERC.
On August 30, 2019, Northwest will submit its semi-annual fuel filing to place into effect on October 1, 2019 a decreased fuel factor from 1.64% to 1.16% for Northwest’s Transportation Rate Schedules TF-1, TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1, for fuel gas used and lost and unaccounted-for.
