Subject: Clarification to Jackson Prairie Withdrawal notice

To clarify the effective date of the All Shipper Notice #19-024 that
stated "effective immediately" was intended to be for Gas Day 10 since
it was sent to customers after the Timely Nomination cycle for Gas Day
9.
Since the net nominations for Gas Day 9 came in lower than anticipated,
Northwest will wait to determine the quantity that it can schedule
above storage holder's primary firm rights once it receives the
nomination requests in each cycle.
Further, Northwest will inform its customers on the DOR prior to the
upcoming nomination cycles whether it is accepting intraday nomination
increases at Jackson Prairie.
