Subject: Approval of out of cycle fuel rate acceptence

On February 08, 2019, the Commission accepted Northwest's tariff filing to
increase the fuel reimbursement factor for Northwest's transportation services
under Rate Schedules TF-1, TF-2, TI-1 and DEX-1 from 1.00% to 1.61%.
The Commission also approved Northwest's request to have this fuel rate go into
effect on February 1, 2019.
