Subject: FERC Order 849 – Form 501-G Filing Requirement

As a customer service and as mentioned in Northwest's Shipper's Advisory Board ("SAB")
meeting held on October 2, 2018, Northwest is giving its customers an opportunity to review
its response to FERC Order No. 849 prior to submitting this filing with FERC. Northwest asks
that you direct any questions or comments to Dave Madsen (801-584-6864) or Brad Dillon
(801-584-6832) by the morning of October 19, 2018.
As discussed at the SAB meeting, Northwest intends to request a waiver from filing FERC
Form No. 501-G because the reduction in the federal corporate income tax rate was addressed
in Northwest's 2017 rate case settlement (Docket No. RP17-346).
