Notice Text:

Due to a system problem Northwest is not invoking the OFO for December 
21, 2017. All customers that were impacted by the OFO and sent notices 
were notified that they do not need to comply.  

The system has been fixed and if the northbound scheduled quantities 
exceed 536,300 Dth/d at Plymouth South and/or 546,000 Dth/d at 
Roosevelt, Northwest will provide Shippers with their specific OFO 
obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST. Shippers must comply with their OFO 
obligations no later than the Evening nomination deadline (5:00 p.m. 
MST).
  
Shippers can monitor throughput quantities and obtain a copy of 
Northwest's OFO procedures on Northwest's website at 
www.northwest.williams.com.
