Subject: Baker CS Immediate Repair - Unplanned Maintenance

Notice Text:

Northwest has identified the need for an immediate dig/repair
between the Baker and Caldwell corridor from the data received
from the Baker to Snake River ILI runs performed earlier in the
year.

Effective Gas Day November 16, 2026, through Gas Day November
22, 2026, the available capacity at the Baker CS (located at MP
948.95 in Baker County, Oregon) will be limited to 255,000
Dth/d northbound and 285,000 Dth/d southbound.

If primary nomination requests through the Baker CS exceed the
available capacity of 255,000 Dth/d northbound or 285,000 Dth/d
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
446,000 Dth/d northbound or 491,000 Dth/d southbound. The
deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.

Northwest apologizes for the inconvenience and is working to
complete the work as safely and quickly as possible and will
provide updates on the EBB as additional information becomes
available.
