As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Oregon City Compressor: located at MP 21.06 in 
        Clackamas County, Oregon beginning gas day September 14, 
        2026, through gas day September 16, 2026.
- Goldendale CS: located at MP 1134.03 in Klickitat County, 
        Washington beginning gas day September 14, 2026, through 
        gas day September 18, 2026.

The Oregon City Compressor will be limited to 239,000 Dth/d 
southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Oregon City 
Compressor exceeds the available capacity of 239,000 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
250,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Goldendale CS will be limited to 375,000 Dth/d northbound 
and 399,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Goldendale CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 375,000 Dth/d northbound or 
399,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate 
during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 
and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest 
will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a 
design capacity of 543,000 Dth/d northbound or 417,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
