Subject: Buhl CS - Unplanned Maintenance
Notice Text:
Northwest has identified the need for an immediate dig/repair
near the Buhl CS from the data received from the Burley to
Snake River ILI runs performed earlier in the year. Initial
assessments indicate this outage is expected to last up to 2
weeks to complete the work.
Effective Gas Day September 11, 2026, through Gas Day September
25, 2026, the available capacity at the Buhl CS (located at MP
729.8 in Twin Falls County, Idaho) will be limited to 366,000
Dth/d northbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds
the available capacity of 366,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 578,000 Dth/d
Northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
Northwest is doing everything possible to complete the work as
quickly and safely as possible and will provide updates on our
EBB as additional information becomes available.
