Subject: Pegram Valve Replacement & Mt. Vernon Scrubber Replacement – Maintenance Reminde
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following locations next week:
- Pegram Compressor: located at MP 495.54 in
Bear Lake County, Idaho beginning gas day September 08,
2026, through gas day September 11, 2026.
- Mt. Vernon CS: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County,
Washington beginning gas day September 10, 2026, through
gas day September 23, 2026.
The Pegram Compressor will be limited to 602,000 Dth/d
northbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Pegram Compressor
exceeds the available capacity of 602,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 654,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period
will continue until the work has been completed.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,113,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,113,000 Dth/d southbound
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work has been completed.
