Subject: Sumas Meter Upgrade Part 1 - Deficiency Period Ending

Northwest will complete the Sumas Meter Upgrade Part 1 on
schedule as referenced in Notice ID 26-156. This will end the
current Deficiency Period referenced in Notice ID 26-167 at the
completion of Gas Day September 01, 2026.
As a reminder, the Sumas Meter Upgrade Part 2 referenced in All
Shipper Notice #26-162 will further limit the available
capacity at the Sumas CS to 821,000 Dth/d southbound beginning
Gas Day September 02, 2026, through Gas Day September 09, 2026.
