As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Green River North Constraint: located at MP 391.75 in 
       Sweetwater County, Wyoming beginning gas day August 03, 
       2026, through gas day August 07, 2026.
- Willard CS: located at MP 1175.2 in Skamania County, 
       Washington beginning gas day August 03, 2026, through 
       gas day August 07, 2026.
- Mt. Vernon CS: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County, 
       Washington beginning gas day August 04, 2026, through 
       gas day August 05, 2026.
- Buhl CS: located at MP 729.8 in Twin Falls County, Idaho 
       beginning gas day August 04, 2026, through gas day August 
       24, 2026.
- Burley CS: located at MP 682.23 in Cassia County, Idaho 
       beginning gas day August 04, 2026, through gas day August 
       24, 2026.

The Green River North Constraint will be limited to 259,000 
Dth/d northbound and 721,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration 
of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Green River North 
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 259,000 Dth/d 
northbound or 721,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot 
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 455,000 Dth/d northbound 
or 761,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will 
continue until the work has been completed.

The Willard CS will be limited to 513,000 Dth/d northbound and 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 513,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 540,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound 
and for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Buhl CS will be limited to 309,000 Dth/d southbound and for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 309,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP 
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 346,000 Dth/d southbound. 
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.

The Burley CS will be limited to 336,000 Dth/d northbound and 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 336,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
