As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Kemmerer CS: located at MP 462.37 in Lincoln County, 
        Wyoming on gas day June 01, 2026.
- Baker CS: located at MP 948.95 in Baker County, Oregon 
        beginning gas day June 02, 2026, through gas day June 04, 
        2026.

The Kemmerer CS will be limited to 612,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 612,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 772,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.

The Baker CS will be limited to 357,000 Dth/d northbound and 
463,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Baker CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 357,000 Dth/d northbound or 463,000 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
446,000 Dth/d northbound or 491,000 Dth/d southbound. The 
deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.
