As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- McMinnville CS: located at MP 53.09 in Marion County, 
        Oregon beginning gas day April 27, 2026, through gas day 
        April 28, 2026.
- Snohomish CS: located at MP 1393.95 in Snohomish County, 
        Washington beginning gas day April 27, 2026, through 
        gas day April 29, 2026.
- Boise CS: located at MP 802.8 in Ada County, Idaho 
        beginning gas day April 30, 2026, through gas day May 23, 
        2026.
- Caldwell CS: located at MP 849.8 in Gem County, Idaho 
        beginning gas day April 30, 2026, through gas day May 23, 
        2026.

The McMinnville CS will be limited to 171,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 171,000 Dth/d southbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
206,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed. 

The Snohomish CS will be limited to 1,028,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 1,028,000 Dth/d southbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,194,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Boise CS will be limited to 378,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 378,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP 
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound. 
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.

The Caldwell CS will be limited to 363,000 Dth/d southbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 363,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed.
