Subject: Caldwell CS – Unplanned Maintenance

Notice Text:

Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at Caldwell
Unit 4, located at MP 849.8 in Gem County, Idaho. Initial
assessments indicate this is expected to result in an extended
outage, with an estimated duration of 60 to 90 days to
complete the required repairs.

Northwest is doing everything possible to complete the work as
quickly and safely as possible to bring in this timeline. We
will provide updates on our EBB as additional information
becomes available.

Effective Gas Day Tuesday, April 14, 2026, the available
capacity at the Caldwell Compressor Station will be limited to
438,000 Dth/d northbound and 439,000 Dth/d southbound.

If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds
the available capacity of 438,000 Dth/d northbound or 439,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 452,000 Dth/d northbound or 475,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
