On December 08, 2025, pursuant to Section 30.5 of the General Terms & Conditions
of Northwest’s FERC Gas Tariff, Northwest informed shippers that it will be holding
its fourth Annual Modernization and Emissions Reduction Project (M&ERP) Cost
Recovery Mechanism (CRM) Shippers Meeting on January 22, 2026, virtually, at
12:30 pm PST. Northwest looks forward to sharing the progress made on the
Modernization and Emissions Reduction Program.

posted to the EBB prior to the meeting.
