Pursuant to Section 10 of Rate Schedule TF-1, Northwest is required to
Post its Annual Deficiency Volume and Exemption Volume at the end of
each calendar year. Northwest is allowed an Annual Exemption Volume
under that section.
During 2025, Northwest experienced the following Deficiency or
Exemption volumes:
