As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's

website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following

locations:

 

-      Chehalis CS beginning gas day October 20, 2025, through

       gas day October 25, 2025.

-      Mt. Vernon CS beginning gas day October 21, 2025, through

       gas day October 22, 2025.

 

For the Chehalis CS, please reference Notice ID 25-190 for the

daily operationally available capacity, OFO, and Deficiency

Period language.

 

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound

for gas day October 21, 2025, and 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound

for gas day October 22, 2025.

 

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS

exceeds the available capacity of 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound

for gas day October 21, 2025, or 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound for

gas day October 22, 2025, (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate

during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2

and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest

will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a

design capacity of 1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency

period will continue until the work has been completed.
