Subject: Eugene Solar Inspections/ESD and Meacham ESD - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Eugene CS beginning gas day October 06, 2025, through gas
day October 10, 2025.
- Meacham CS beginning gas day October 06, 2025, through
gas day October 10, 2025.
The Eugene CS will be limited to 38,000 Dth/d southbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Eugene CS exceeds
the available capacity of 38,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 49,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
The Meacham CS will be limited to 399,000 Dth/d northbound and
477,000 Dth/d southbound.
If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceeds
the available capacity of 399,000 Dth/d northbound or 477,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 445,000 Dth/d northbound or 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
