As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's

website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following

locations:

 

-    Meacham CS beginning gas day September 24, 2025,

through gas day September 26, 2025.

 

-    Boise CS beginning gas day September 23, 2025, through

-    gas day October 27, 2025.

 

-    Caldwell CS beginning gas day September 23, 2025, through

gas day October 27, 2025.

 

 

 

The Meacham CS will be limited to 419,000 Dth/d northbound and

477,000 Dth/d southbound during the outage.

 

If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS

exceeds the available capacity of 419,000 Dth/d northbound or

477,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate

during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2

and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest

will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a

design capacity of 445,000 Dth/d northbound and 500,000 Dth/d

southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work

has been completed.

 

The Boise CS will be limited to 424,000 Dth/d northbound for

the duration of the outage.

 

If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the

available capacity of 424,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP

cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to

Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's

Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency

Period based on a design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound.

The deficiency period will continue until the work has been

completed.

 

The Caldwell CS will be limited to 358,000 Dth/d southbound for

the duration of the outage.

 

If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds

the available capacity of 358,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever

NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),

pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in

Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared

Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d

southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work

has been completed.
