Subject: Boise Loop Line Blowdown - Maintenance Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Buhl CS beginning gas day June 30, 2025, through gas
day July 03, 2025.
- Meacham CS beginning gas day June 30, 2025, through
gas day July 03, 2025.
The Buhl CS will be limited to 413,000 Dth/d northbound for the
duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds the
available capacity of 413,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 578,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work is completed
on gas day July 03, 2025.
The Meacham CS will be limited to 461,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Meacham CS exceeds
the available capacity of 461,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 500,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day July 03, 2025.
