Subject: AT&T Cellular Customers
Notice Text:
AT&T (and AT&T FirstNet) will be discontinuing their Email
Messaging Gateway (EMG) service on June 17, 2025. With this
change, text messages will no longer be able to be sent from an
email address.
For all AT&T cellular customers, you will no longer receive
text message alerts from Northwest Passage in conjunction with
OFO notices and Critical notices. You will still receive email
notification of all critical notices, if elected to receive
them, and status of OFO issuance can be checked on our public
website shortly after the completion of Timely cycle during an
OFO recall period. All shippers with any OFO obligations will
continue to receive an individualized email with requirements.
To make sure you are set up to receive emails for critical
notices, log in to Passage à click the gearbox in the upper
righthand corner à tab over to “Notification” à ensure “Email”
box is checked for Critical Notices Email Recipient.
