As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following 
locations:

- Pegram CS beginning on gas day June 09, 2025, through gas 
        day June 13, 2025.
- Sumas CS beginning on gas day June 10, 2025, through gas 
        day June 11, 2025.
- Baker CS beginning on gas day June 10, 2025, through gas 
        day June 12, 2025.

The Pegram CS will be limited to 589,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Pegram CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 589,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 654,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on gas day June 13, 2025. 

The Sumas CS will be limited to 1,070,000 Dth/d southbound for 
the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Sumas CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 1,070,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,409,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on gas day June 11, 2025. 

The Baker CS will be limited to 357,000 Dth/d northbound and 
462,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Baker CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 357,000 Dth/d northbound or 462,000 Dth/d 
southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of 
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
446,000 Dth/d northbound or 491,000 Dth/d southbound. The 
deficiency period will continue until the work is completed on 
gas day June 12, 2025.
