Subject: Kemmerer ESD & Caldwell ESD - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Kemmerer CS on gas day June 02, 2025.
- Caldwell CS beginning gas day June 03, 2025, through
gas day June 05, 2025.
The Kemmerer CS will be limited to 729,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Kemmerer CS exceeds
the available capacity of 729,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 772,925 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day June 02, 2025.
The Caldwell CS will be limited to 404,000 Dth/d northbound and
438,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds
the available capacity of 404,000 Dth/d northbound or 438,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 452,000 Dth/d northbound or 475,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day June 05, 2025.
