Subject: McMinnville CS Actuator Valve Repl. - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
location:
- McMinnville CS beginning gas day May 28, 2025, through
gas day May 29, 2025.
The McMinnville CS will be limited to 157,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS
exceeds the available capacity of 157,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
207,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day May 29, 2025.
