Subject: Chehalis Repairs / Notice of Recall and OFO, Washougal Repairs - Maint. Reminder

Notice Text:

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:

- Washougal North Constraint beginning gas day May 20,
        2025, through gas day May 22, 2025.

- Chehalis CS beginning gas day May 21, 2025, through gas
day May 22, 2025. (New Outage)

The Washougal North Constraint will be limited to 196,000 Dth/d
northbound for and 511,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of
the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Washougal North
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 196,000 Dth/d
northbound or 511,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 305,000 Dth/d northbound
or 521,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will
continue until the work is completed on gas day May 22, 2025.

The Chehalis CS will be limited to 600,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.

Effective Gas Day Wednesday, May 21, 2025, and until further
notice, Northwest is issuing an OFO Recall Advisory and
Operational Flow Order (OFO) southbound through the Chehalis
compressor pursuant to Section 14.15(d) of its Tariff.

Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1)
recall capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or
(2) take other action that is acceptable to Northwest, to
satisfy its OFO obligation.

If the southbound primary scheduled quantities exceed
Northwest’s design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d at Chehalis
Northwest will provide Shippers with their specific OFO
obligations by 4:00 p.m. MST. Shippers must comply with their
OFO obligations no later than the Evening nomination deadline
(5:00 p.m. MST).

If an OFO is necessary for a given Gas Day, Northwest will wait
until the Evening scheduling process to provide notice of a
Declared Deficiency period and will make deficiency cuts to
bring the nomination requests at the Chehalis compressor from
the design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d to the operationally
available capacity of 600,000 Dth/d. If an OFO is not
necessary, but a deficiency period is, Northwest will provide
notice of a Declared Deficiency period and will make deficiency
cuts in the Timely scheduling process to bring the nomination
requests at the Chehalis compressor to the operationally
available capacity of 600,000 Dth/d (or whatever NWP cannot
mitigate during any day of the unplanned maintenance period),
all pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff. The deficiency period will continue until
the work is completed.
