Subject: Sumas A Plant Disconnect & Mt. Vernon Unit 3 Solar Inspections - Maintenance Rem

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Sumas CS beginning gas day April 23, 2025, through gas
day April 25, 2025.
- Mt. Vernon CS on gas day April 23, 2025.
The Sumas CS will be limited to 922,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Sumas CS exceeds
the available capacity of 922,000 Dth/d southbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,409,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day April 25, 2025.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,241,000 Dth/d southbound
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day April 23, 2025.
