As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the Plymouth CS 
(new and unplanned outage) beginning Gas Day April 01, 2025, 
through Gas Day April 25, 2025, Caldwell CS beginning Gas Day 
April 02, 2025, through Gas Day April 03, 2025, and Willard CS 
beginning Gas Day April 02, 2025, through April 04, 2025.

The cut point for the unplanned Plymouth CS outage will be the 
Plymouth South Constraint Point which will be limited to 
563,000 Dth/d northbound and 342,000 Dth/d southbound for the 
duration of the outage.

The cut point for the Caldwell Unit 2 outage will be the 
Caldwell CS which will be limited to 438,000 Dth/d northbound 
and 439,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. 

The cut point for the Willard CS ESD Test will be the Willard 
CS which will be limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound 
and 383,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Plymouth South 
Constraint exceeds the available capacity of 563,000 Dth/d 
northbound or 342,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot 
mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 575,000 Dth/d northbound 
or 384,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will 
continue until the work is completed on Gas Day April 25, 2025. 

If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 438,000 Dth/d northbound or 439,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 452,000 Dth/d northbound or 475,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day April 03, 2025. 

If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 383,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 431,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed on Gas Day April 04, 2025.
