Subject: Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer
Notice Text:
Due to excessive banking and to preserve Northwest Pipeline’s
system balancing and line pack targets, Northwest is declaring
a Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving
Parties north of the Kemmerer compressor station beginning
March 27, 2025. This entitlement includes all points on the
Spokane, Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals and shall continue
until further notice.
Northwest will provide updates as soon as new information is
available.
