Northwest will hold the annual maintenance conference call on
Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PT / 1:00
PM to 2:00 PM CT. This meeting will be held as a “Teams”
meeting this year and to receive an invitation, please email
Joe Murray at Joe.Murray@williams.com prior to March 19, 2025.
The 2025 maintenance schedule will be posted on Northwest’s
portal prior to the meeting at www.northwest.williams.com.
The information on the schedule will represent Northwest's best
estimates given the information currently available.
Please note, the estimated capacity reductions and project
durations are dependent on many variables and are subject to
change. Northwest will update the schedule as the projects
progress and new information becomes available.
As a reminder, this meeting is for the limited purpose of pre-
planning maintenance for 2025 to minimize service disruptions
where possible.
While this planning provides real benefit to our customers,
we need to be mindful of antitrust sensitivities, and
accordingly should:
- Strictly limit all discussions to what is necessary for
the maintenance pre-planning to minimize service
disruptions,
- Not discuss any separate competitive activities or
commercially sensitive matters such as pricing or
business plans, and
- Be vigilant to avoid even the appearance of improper
conversations.
